Disciples Boutique Hotel – Refund Policy

 

At Disciples Boutique Hotel, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. We understand that travel plans can change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all guests.

 

1. Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable service or transaction fees.

Partial Refund:

Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

No Refund:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

 

2. Early Departures

Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund of the unused nights.

 

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation, using the original method of payment.

 

5. Force Majeure

In the event of emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions that make travel impossible, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion or offer the option to reschedule.

 

6. Booking Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rate differences. Any adjustments must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
